Show and Wedding Planner

The Fab Beatles are widely regarded by clients and other Beatle acts as the ultimate standard to aspire to (see our references) and are the first choice of more and more clients for both Corporate Events and Weddings each year.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism & experience in this field and will provide a fully self-contained package, consisting of "The Fab Beatle Show" of your choice. Here are some suggested options:

Option 1 1x 60-75 minute set
This is basically a "greatest hits" selection containing all the No 1's from "Love Me Do" through to "Let It Be", the emphasis being to keep everyone on the dance-floor & fully entertained (costume is normally the 1965 look/ Beige "Shea stadium" jackets with black polo-neck shirts).

Option 2, The "2 x 40" minute set
This is usually in the form of the 1st set as the early "Beatle" years 62-66 (with "Mop-Top" costume) & then the later period 67-70 (with "Sgt Pepper" outfits or "Abbey Road" costume.)

Other options
We can also offer any variation of sets & set lengths/ including 3 x 30 minute sets or 4 x 25 minute sets, though due to time-constraints this is rarely requested but is always an option! We always liaise with you the client & decide upon the set option to suit your taste & itinerary.

We provide our own PA system & lights, our PA system is approximately 4000 Watts (Stereo) this is normally sufficient for most venues. All our equipment carries a current PAT Safety Certificate, required by law in any Hotel/Venue.

Setting-Up Times and Procedures

Ideally we try to find a "window" in your evening, usually around 6.00pm - 7.00pm where we can very quickly & quietly set-up our equipment & cause as little inconvenience to yourselves & your guests. This can be made easier with good access to the playing-area, and we will liase with the venue regarding this matter.

Setting-up time is normally around 45 minutes. We will also need to know a finishing-time for all the music (usually 12 midnight for a hotel) this must be made clear by the hotel management to avoid any complaints.


The Fab Beatles Wedding Reception Package is extremely popular & well received, please see our "Wedding Reception" references. Bookings are normally made at least 12 months prior to the event to avoid disappointment as weekend dates get taken very quickly.

Bookings are confirmed by The Fab Beatles "Booking Agreement", which is sent to you subject to your verbal confirmation & request.
